Hey all~ It's that time of the year again with the first convention for 2013 just around the corner - 3 weeks in fact!! I'm so happy to be doing one of my dream cosplays - Lightning's Warrior Goddess outfit from Final Fantasy XIII-2.

Here are some progress shots! I won't be uploading any more until after the con as it's in three weeks and I have to finish this, and another cosplay put together two videos for stage and rehearse a skit so I'm going to be busyyyyy. Not to mention, you know suspense and all that~ (and yes, that is the current state of my lounge room >.>)

A few people asked me to put together an armor tutorial after I did Marian Hawke from Dragon Age 2, but I never got around to it. Needless to say I have been documenting everything and will piece together some sort of guideline after the con, though honestly... I have no idea what on earth I'm doing.

OH MY GOSH THE CON IS IN THREE WEEKS. HOMG.
I apologise in advance to family and friends as I enter solitary confinement over the next three weeks to get everything finished in time for the con. I'm still alive, I'm doing science and I--- no wait.

Those of you attending Wai-Con, 2013 - can't wait to see you there~

Is this..craft foam & paper mache? I'm working on a Lightning cosplay myself and ran upon this beautiful progress armor in the process. :D
